IntroPlayer

Terms

These terms apply to the pre-release IntroPlayer Android app and this website.

Pre-release software

IntroPlayer is provided for private evaluation and may contain defects, change without notice, or become unavailable. Access to a test build does not guarantee a public release, continued support, or compatibility with a particular device or venue.

Your responsibilities

  • Use only audio and graphics you have the right to copy and perform.
  • Back up important setlist information and keep an independent show fallback.
  • Test the complete device, power, cable, audio route, network, and sound-system setup before relying on it live.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the app, website, support system, or another user’s device.

No performance guarantee

Device firmware, audio accessories, Android system behavior, notifications, alarms, timers, networks, and venue equipment are outside IntroPlayer’s control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the pre-release software and site are provided “as is” without warranties, and Primitive Recordings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-performance damages.

Ownership

IntroPlayer, its original code, branding, and site content belong to Primitive Recordings LLC or its licensors. Third-party components remain governed by their respective licenses.
